Now taking on new practices
Dental billing, handled by experts and double-checked by AI.
Suki AI Dental Billing pairs experienced dental billers with AI that checks every claim. Benefits get verified before the visit, claims go out complete, and every denial gets worked. You keep your software and your team. We take the billing off their plate.
- Works inside the practice management software you already use.
- Business Associate Agreement signed before we see any patient data.
-
Benefits verified for tomorrow’s crown. Plan active, waiting period met.
-
This payer wants a pre-op x-ray and a narrative with crown claims.
-
Crown completed. X-ray attached, narrative reviewed with the dentist.
-
Claim checked against payer rules. No issues found.
-
Claim submitted electronically.
-
No response from the payer. Added to Thursday’s follow-up calls.
-
Called the payer. Claim released for payment.
-
Paid in full and posted to the patient’s account.
Most billing problems start long before the claim.
Dental billing rarely fails in one big way. It fails in small, ordinary gaps that add up to real money every month.
-
Benefits checked too late
Verification gets squeezed between phone calls and check-ins. Frequency limits, waiting periods and used-up maximums surface after treatment, as denials or surprised patients.
-
Claims sent incomplete
A code that does not match the note, a missing surface, no x-ray or narrative. The claim comes back weeks later and the work starts over.
-
Denials that age out
Appeals take time nobody has, so denied claims get written off and the same causes keep producing new ones.
-
Know-how that walks out the door
When your biller leaves or takes a vacation, their payer knowledge goes too, and the backlog starts building.
People do the billing. AI does the checking.
Billing needs judgment, relationships and follow-through. It also needs thousands of small checks that nobody has time for. We split the work the way it should be split.
Your billing team
Experienced dental billers who know payers, codes and appeals.
- Own each claim from verification to payment.
- Make the judgment calls on coding questions, appeals and payer calls.
- Talk with payers, and with your front desk when something needs a decision.
- Review and approve AI work before it goes anywhere.
The AI layer
Software that reads, checks and watches, so nothing slips through.
- Reads benefits responses and flags limits, waiting periods and maximums.
- Checks every claim against payer rules before it is sent.
- Watches every open claim and surfaces the ones going quiet.
- Drafts appeal letters and plain-language patient statements.
- Spots patterns, like a payer that keeps underpaying the same procedure.
A person reviews AI work before it reaches a payer or a patient.
The whole billing cycle, one team.
From the morning benefits check to the monthly report, every step is handled by the same team, so nothing falls between the cracks of who owns what.
- Step 1 Insurance verification Coverage and benefits checked before the patient sits down.
- Step 2 Pre-authorizations Requests sent complete, with the documentation payers ask for.
- Step 3 Coding and claim review Codes, teeth, surfaces and attachments checked before submission.
- Step 4 Claims and follow-up Every claim sent clean and followed until it is paid.
- Step 5 Payment posting Payments posted, reconciled and checked against what you expected.
- Step 6 Denials and appeals Every denial worked, corrected or appealed.
- Step 7 Patient statements Clear statements and respectful follow-up on balances.
- Step 8 Reporting A plain-English view of where your money is.
What changes for your office.
Your team stops chasing paperwork. Your claims stop waiting on whoever has a free minute.
- Your front desk gets its day back
- No more portals and hold music between patients. Verification, follow-up and posting move to us.
- Every claim has an owner
- Each claim is tracked from the day it is sent until it is paid, corrected or appealed.
- Billing does not depend on one person
- A team covers your billing, so vacations and turnover do not stop the work.
- You can see the work
- A plain-English report each month shows what was billed, collected and still open, and why claims were denied.

Suki Founder and CEO
Meet the founder
Built by a dental biller, not a software company.
Suki works with dental practices as a billing specialist and practice consultant. She started Suki AI Dental Billing to fix the problems she kept running into: benefits checked too late, claims sent without the attachment the payer wanted, and denials left to age out.
Every workflow, coding rule and appeal approach our team and our AI use goes through her review. If the software suggests something and Suki says it is wrong, Suki is right.
HIPAA from the first conversation.
Billing means handling patient information every day. We built our process around protecting it.
-
BAA first
We sign a Business Associate Agreement before we access any patient information.
-
Least access
Each person gets access only to what their work requires, with multi-factor sign-in.
-
Encrypted
Patient information is encrypted in transit and at rest.
-
No training on your data
AI services run under BAAs whose terms do not allow training on our data.
Questions practices ask us.
Something else on your mind? Ask it in your free billing review.
Do we have to switch practice management software?
No. Our billers work inside the practice management system you already use, so your team keeps its schedule, charting and workflow exactly where they are.
What does the AI actually do?
It does the checking that people do not have time for. It reads benefits responses, runs every claim against payer rules, watches claim status, reads remittances, drafts appeal letters and spots patterns. Experienced dental billers review its work and make the decisions.
Who is responsible for our claims?
Your Suki AI billing team. AI helps them work faster and catch more, but a person reviews AI work before anything goes to a payer or a patient.
How is pricing set?
Pricing is based on your claim volume, so it scales with your practice. We quote it in writing after your free billing review, before anything starts.
What happens in the free billing review?
We talk through how billing works in your office today, your volume, your payer mix and where things get stuck. Then we tell you where we think revenue is slipping and what we would change. If we need to look at reports that include patient information, we sign a Business Associate Agreement first.
Can you take over a backlog of old claims and denials?
Yes. Bring it up in your review. We will look at what is still within the payers’ deadlines and tell you plainly what we think can be recovered.
Is our patients’ information used to train AI models?
No. We only use AI services under Business Associate Agreements whose terms do not allow training on our data, and we send each task only the information it needs.
